Filling Applications
Initially it was used only for the treatment of wrinkles and grooves on the skin, but nowadays it can be used even for changing the contours of the face with more complicated applications. The most commonly used material for filling is ”Hyaluronic Acid.. Since hyaluronic acid is a structural substance found naturally in our body, it is easily tolerated.
It has found a wide range of applications such as filling, lip plumping and clarification, clarification of cheekbones, chin enlargement, reduction of under-eye pits, removal of wrinkles and deep grooves on the face. In experienced hands it is possible to achieve highly pleasing and natural results. Applications that are similar to each other, in which the natural curves of the face are erased, and especially the lip is over-enlarged, leading to the appearance of a “duck lip” are unsuitable. In order to avoid such undesirable consequences, you should consult an experienced plastic surgeon or dermatologist.
Filling applications can be performed with local anesthesia and in office conditions. The application takes 5-10 minutes. After the procedure, edema is seen at the application site, although it varies according to the application area. Significant swelling passes within 2-3 days. Rarely, bruises are rarely seen at the site of application, but usually do not last longer than 1 week and can be covered with makeup. The effect varies between 6 months and 18 months.
